User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Dmitri Lvovich Khitrov (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and any person using the website https://poehaliexpo.ru/eng (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By using the Website in any form — viewing pages, subscribing to the newsletter, purchasing a ticket, or submitting an application to participate in the exhibition as an exhibitor — the User confirms that they have read the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full. If the User does not agree with any of the terms, they must stop using the Website.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Website — the online resource located at https://poehaliexpo.ru/eng, including all its pages and sections.
1.2. Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Dmitri Lvovich Khitrov, the organiser of the “Moscow Auto Show” event.
1.3. User — any legally capable individual or legal entity that has visited the Website and/or used its functionality.
1.4. Event — the “Moscow Auto Show” exhibition organised by the Operator, held on the dates and at the location specified on the Website.
1.5. Exhibitor — a User who has submitted an application via the Website to participate in the Event as an exhibition participant.
1.6. Ticket System Operator — the third‑party service ticketscloud.ru, through which tickets for the Event are sold and distributed.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Operator grants the User the opportunity to use the Website’s functionality: access information about the Event, subscribe to the newsletter, proceed to ticket purchase, and submit an application to participate as an Exhibitor.
2.2. The Website is of an informational nature and is not an offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, except for cases expressly specified in this Agreement.
2.3. The Agreement is a single document governing the use of the Website by all categories of Users — visitors, newsletter subscribers, ticket buyers, and Exhibitors.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4. Tickets for the Event
4.1. Tickets for the Event are purchased through the third‑party Ticket System Operator — the ticketscloud.ru service, accessed via a link on the Website.
4.2. Relations arising from the purchase, payment, refund, and use of tickets are governed by the terms (user agreement, public offer) of the Ticket System Operator ticketscloud.ru, which the User reviews independently when making a purchase.
4.3. The Operator is not a party to the ticket purchase contract and is not liable for the actions of the Ticket System Operator, including the procedure for payments and refunds.
5. Participation in the Event as an Exhibitor
5.1. To participate in the Event as an Exhibitor, the User fills out an application on the Website, providing contact details, information about their company and products, and the parameters of the exhibition stand.
5.2. Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the Event. The Operator reviews the application and contacts the User to agree on the terms of participation, including commercial terms, which are governed by a separate contract between the Operator and the Exhibitor.
5.3. The terms of participation (cost, payment procedure, stand design, and other matters) are governed by a separate contract concluded between the Operator and the Exhibitor after the application has been agreed upon, and are not the subject of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All textual, graphical, photo, and video materials posted on the Website, including the name “Moscow Auto Show” and the logo, are protected by copyright and are subject to the intellectual property legislation of the Russian Federation, regardless of whether they are registered as a trademark.
6.2. Use of the Website materials (full or partial copying, distribution, modification) without the Operator’s prior written consent is prohibited, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.3. Logos of partners and media partners posted on the Website are the property of the respective rights holders and are used with their consent.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted and error‑free operation of the Website and is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website caused by technical failures, work carried out by the hosting provider, or other circumstances beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.
7.2. The Operator is not liable for the content and accuracy of information posted on third‑party websites to which the Website contains links (including ticketscloud.ru, partners’ websites, and media partners’ websites).
7.3. The User bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided when submitting an application or subscribing to the newsletter.
7.4. Liability of the parties not addressed in this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Processing of Personal Data
8.1. The Website’s use of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
9. Amendment of the Agreement Terms
9.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to the User.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement is posted on the Website at https://poehaliexpo.ru/agreementeng and comes into effect upon publication.
9.3. Continued use of the Website after amendments have been made constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the court at the Operator’s place of business in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. This Agreement is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
11.2. Invalidity of any provision of the Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11.3. For all matters not addressed in this Agreement, the parties shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

- change the content, structure, and functionality of the Website without prior notice to Users;
- refuse to accept an application for participation in the Event without giving reasons;
- change the dates, venue, and programme of the Event by posting such changes on the Website.
- ensure the operation of the Website within reasonable limits typical for information resources of this kind;
- consider Users’ inquiries submitted via the contact details provided on the Website;
- process Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Tickets for the Event
