This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) is provided in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” to Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Lvovich Khitrov (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
I, the data subject, freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, hereby grant the Operator this Consent to process my personal data under the terms set out below.

5. Period of Personal Data Processing
5.1. The period for processing personal data is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which they were collected, unless another period is provided for by a contract or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Upon achievement of the processing purposes, personal data shall be destroyed or anonymised, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. To withdraw the Consent, I must send a notification to the Operator via email to runningcool1340@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.
6.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out prior to the moment of its withdrawal.
6.4. In cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the data subject’s consent, provided there is an appropriate legal basis.
